"The story-acting workshop I had with my reception children was fantastic. Not only did it encourage the children's imaginations, it also helped with their confidence and speaking and listening skills. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day and regularly ask to look at and act out the stories. Some are even acting out stories during child initiated time. The session was professionally run and it was ensured that all children could take part, including children with special needs and English as an additional language. The sessions are run in such a way that the skills of how to run a storytelling session are passed onto you so you can easily replicate the session.
